Everything here has fallen into place and we are now linked with

It all depends on how far out in the boondocks you are. If you
were
on an island or on top of a mountain, I doubt that UPS would
accommodate you.... I KNOW the USPS wouldn't.......Lots of people
are in that position in the continental US....
I wonder where you are located that prompted your brother to
ask such a question.....
