I know about 1960s turbocharging. Walter was the first person to impliment
it in Formula One for Hohman (sp?) in 1974 and 1978, in Belgium or Holland.
That's not word of mouth, but from a magazine. I've got a copy of the
article someplace.
As previously noted, NASA, DARPA, and DOE are satisfied that, though his
engine hasn't been tested on a dynamometer, his claims are consistant with
their understanding. Sorry, but in my mind, they out rank you.
