Bush the 2nd tends to use a phoney down-home rural venacular.
he's faking it, but some people seem to just eat it up. he's
certainly not the good-ol'-boy he likes to portray, unless
you're one of his wealthy oil buddies...
Kerry, OTOH, can't decide if he wants to play down-home or
well-educated, another thing that makes him look/sound like a
waffler.
