can expect the number of poor and low-income families to rise for the
next several years."

I must be in really bad shape then. More than 1/2 the people I see
are driving newer and more expensive cars than the wife and I do. I
bet more than 1/2 also have either cable or sat TV. It seems that a
lot of people think that regardless of income they deserve a late
model car or 2 and multiple big screen TV's. Then they also complain
that they need help to feed their kids.

I know that there are people that really need some help and I don't
have a problem with helping them out. When I see that if someone
qualifies for any government aid, then they can get a cell phone with
more minutes than I get for just a dollar a month. I do have a
problem with tax money paying for that.
