Yeah it is - the tariffs are illegal under the WTO rules, so our
country would go down the tubes now if we opted out of the WTO.

But the Fair Tax has a _built in_ tariff that is not a tariff - just a
different way to collect taxes that puts our country at an economic
advantage, but you wouldn't know about that, 'cuz you don't know squat
about the Fair Tax. This isn't even in the Fair Tax literature - you
have to study it, and then see how it works, and then you say to
yourself, "Hey, that's a built-in tariff on... everything foreign."
