Stimulus compassion

Oakland, arguably one of the most liberal (and therefore,
compassionate - yuck, yuck) cities in the country, received
$3,000,000,000 in ***stimulus*** funds for job creation.

Unfortunately, the compassionate liberals in Oakland accidentally
misspent nearly a third of the money or did not account for it
properly.

They did manage to spend some on job creating activities like trips to
the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and a Concord water park, rent, church
repairs, bus passes, salaries and car allowances.

Thankfully, they did manage to create 6 jobs with the $3,000,000,000.

Compassion, liberal style. How heart warming it is.
