You sound as if the public doesn't know it's getting screwed. I'm not
a big champion of the intelligence of the American people, but I think
we all assume that as long as Congress is in session, we're getting
screwed. Maybe we don't know all the facts, but then, I think it's
fairly obvious that the members of Congress aren't even aware of the
magnitude of the screwing they're giving us. They don't read what they
vote on, so how can they?
