He'd be a fool not to. Had Hillary won the nomination he would have had to
anyway. I think he's justifiably gun-shy of disclosures after the trumped-up
Whitewatergate and Travelgate persecutions.

Monica? I had the feeling all through the primary that he really
didn't want her to win. He's an alphadogg, it would have been too big
a hit on his ego to have her as president. I would not bet cash on his
complying with this vetting...
