The one regulation these people are way out of bounds is not having access
to the contract your signing for these loans before filling out the
application.
Really what you are doing is openning a door for a fox in the chicken coop
by allowing these direct deposits, because your also giving access to take
money out. And not being able to read the contract before filling out the
application is asking for nothing but trouble.
The best I found for terms and conditions was telling me that the money your
borrowing is not coming from the people whom you are filling out the
application to, in other words these sites are only acting as middle people
in this transaction. In other words these middle people are just collecting
their fee during all of this and sending you on to the real shark in all of
this.
I imagine the late fees and whatever fees your going to get hit with are
prohibitive. What your seeing at these web site are most likely the tip of
the iceberg for whats in store for you.
