friendly swapping of sarcastic remarks as humorous puns being exchanged.
Throughout the years, I've laughed at sarcastic jokes from very popular
comedians and will continue to view such as comedy. You however, can
remain pedantic; that's your choice.

I doubt whether pedantic is the correct term here. "Pedantic: Adjective:
Characterized by a narrow, often ostentatious concern for book learning and
formal rules." But whether or not, old friend, I do not and have never
considered sarcasm funny ... as a comedic style or as comments from others.
I prefer honest expression to the cynical condescension sarcasm usually
conveys.
