At this point, Dogg, I couldn't care less about whether it's a corporate
giveaway or not. The problem is water. Let's do something to ensure a
decrease in farm water usage ... combined with disallowing corporate farmers
from using water as a cash crop.
....if they make the fines for waste higher than the profit from
continuing while paying the fines...I think they'd figure it out. And
we have decent conservation also.
