The 370 is kilo*bits* per second, which means about 46 kilo*bytes* per
second.
Thus one meg would take about 21.8 seconds. 1000 megabytes would take 21,800
seconds, or 363 minutes, or about 6 hours.
7 Gig would take 1.75 days.

I am attempting to solve a minor problem.
Currently, I edit videos on my home computer. The editing process creates
multi-gig files. Currently, I copy the completed files to a portable
drive and physically carry them to the TV station where the files are
copied to another computer for broadcast.
