They won't, why? because they aren't taking action now to improve
themselves. They aren't staying in school, away from drugs, and
avoiding pregnancies that they can't possibly support.

....maybe you should examine this negative attitude you have against
the poor. It sounds like you have a specific group in mind. I
encourage you to take a more global view...
