Anyone remember a program that ...

.... could search a folder of 'internet shortcuts', validate them and flag those that
were broken, allow broken ones to be deleted, and had an option to convert the
internet shortcuts to an html file?
I'm not looking for the proggies that check browser favorites or system shortcuts,
only internet shortcuts.

I had a program that did this ages ago in my Win 95/98 days, but lost it; and I am
getting all Googled out looking for it.
