Allan's confirmed my statement to my satisfaction a long long time ago.
Having worked in the IS biz for 30± years back in another lifetime, defining system
and technical specifications based on clients functional business requirements, I can
readily identify when a solution has been proposed long before the functional need has
been understood (a practice doomed to error and failure).
Unfortunately, Allan's clients don't know there's a better way.
