The correct response is to figure out who sent it and then solve that
problem. The really unfortunate thing is that if it proves at all
difficult to find the guilty, the result will be the imposition of Pax
Americana on the world, along with the loss of most individual
liberties. That would be a dreadful outcome, but the least dreadful
outcome I can imagine.

While I'd sort of agree with you, if Iraq is an example of Pax
Americana, I'd not be too worried if I were a terrorist.

I think that a lot of people fear America because of the cocked gun
thinking. Unfortunately, the Islamists don't seem to get it. If they
get it, they are not worried about it.

Nobody wins that scenario.
