He was under arrest in Thailand for sex-related charges. First, what do you
have to do to get arrested on sex charges in _Thailand_ of all places?
Second, what would one expect the penalty for such a crime to be? Thirdly,
have you any idea of the conditions in Thai prisons?

California dropped their charges so Boulder could have him, and now they've
dropped theirs.

I say send him back to Thailand face the charges there. And do so without
the benefit of First-class seating and champagne at taxpayer expense. Maybe
in a large kennel as baggage?

...that was the feeling I got when I first saw this perve on the
teevee, that he wanted to get out of Thailand for some reasons of his
own and this was the best avenue he could come up with. It just seemed
a little to "convenient" that he decided to confess now...
