Kevan Quinn observes that Sinclair Broadcast Group of Maryland doesn't
seem to care about little things such as fairness, employee
satisfaction or even profitability. But how long can a company
described by its own employees and "arrogant" and unconcerned with
people hope to profit from local advertisers? From blaming the victim
to faking local news, Sinclair seems determined to become as popular as
*** Cheney!

Contact Sinclair's local advertisers. Tell them you will boycott their
business until Sinclair agrees to make the following changes.

*1. Allow equal time for regular commentaries from a progressive
viewpoint. These segments should be the same length as "The Point" and
run an equal number of times in the same markets.

* 2. Label commentaries clearly.

* 3. Stop showing Video News Releases (VNRs) as if they are legitimate
news. These are prepackaged corporate and military propaganda--not
news.
