Another retired General has voiced opinion vs. Rumsfield

Not it's up to 5 high ranking Gens who are coming out with the
truth.

That many? Wow, they must be right.

Considering how high there rank is, and what jobs they held
before retireing, I would say so.

How many retired generals do you think are out there? More
than five? More than 200? Quoting five retirees doesn't prove
anything except they have an opinion, and you know what they say about
them.

I don't know how many retired generals there are, but if it's any help, in
1998 there were 877 generals and admirals on active duty. This does not
count any National Guard or Coast Guard personnel.

Right now, with Iraq, there's probably over 900 to 950 on active duty.

Just as a guesstimate, I'd think that 1500 to 2000 retired generals and
admirals, wouldn't be unreasonable.
