Some of those seniors were pretty darned buff. I know Uncle Ted (well into
his eighties) spent many hours on the beach playing volleyball. But
seriously, these were half 'n halfers. They spent the winter months in St.
Pete and the summer months wherever they lived "up north," Ohio, Michigan,
etc.
