Southwest seems to think there is a contract, or they would not use the
Contract as the sited reason for giving that woman the boot. I would think
that Southwest would have consulted with Lawyers before issuing a response
and those Lawyer must have agreed to Southwests response to use a Contract
as their arguement.
The lights are on, someone is home, your at the wrong house.

Knock-Knock ......... Initially, you posted:

"Of course she should get money back, once she boarded unhindered it became
the airlines responsibility to see her to her destination."

Followed by another post:

"My beef is as follows, when she boarded the airplane, there were no
objections, hencefore Southwest acepted her into the contract to provide her
with that service. They had no right to violate that contract half way
through the carrying out of that contract."

CONTRACT:

"2. document recording agreement: a document that records a formal or legally binding agreement, a
sign a contract"

"Into the contract" is what you said. What contract existed between the passenger and the airline?

That so called contract you posted is nothing more than corporate policy (released under the publicity guise of a contract) concerning the rights reserved by the corporation. Anyone who buys a ticket has to comply with the corporations policy as it concerns passengers traveling aboard the corporations airline. Though it's been some time since I've boarded a airplane I would venture a guess that in very small print, the ticket has some kind of reference that states the passenger agrees to comply with the rules and regulations imposed by the airline. There is no contract, only an implied agreement recognizing the reserved rights of the airline.
