A solution to this could be affected through a change in the
press releases. Targeted press releases. Make sure that
the releases are targeted in such a way the news outlet
publishing a story based on the release could be identified.
Those outlets that publish a balance of good and bad stories
would continue to receive press releases directly. Those outlets
that only publish bad stories would have to obtain their copies
of press releases from their competitors. It would be kind a
"smart bomb" press release. It matters not though, I'm sure
it would violate somebodies rights.
