Not sure that there's much you can do. You work in NY and that's the
State with jurisdiction, most likely. So look for law in NY not NJ. But
first head down to HR and ask them to tell you what your company's contract
says about jurisdiction and about dispute resolution.
Is the CGM the problem? The sensors are pricey.
