Deadrat and Steve, I hope you don't mind me butting in. Have either
of you considered how the M/Z case would play out had Martin won the
fight? Let's say that in the last 15 seconds of their struggle,
Martin had succeeded in either bashing Zimmerman's brains out or
having the gun fire while it was pointed at Z's chest. Martin
afterwards, claims that, after a purely verbal altercation, Z pulled
out the gun and announced he was going to kill M. M managed to
wrestle Z to the ground and was able to inflict injuries on him while
trying to get control of the gun. Assuming the rest of the evidence
remains the same, I think M's hypothetical Florida SYG case is just as
good as the one Z has now. What do you guys think?
