Thank you for all that suggested contacting the licensing board. That
should have occurred to me already.

As for your comment about experience in unarmed robbery, touche, but
let me just say I made a mistake and paid my debt. It is no longer an
issue and I don't think it is right to judge people based on the worst
(or best) thing they have ever done. What a person does every day is
more important. I have turned my life around and while that is not
common for reasons not worth debating here, it is true. I have met a
lot of people from the scummiest crackheads to the scummiest
politicians, businesspeople, diplomats, etc. In general my impression
is that most of the "respectable" people in the world are no better
than the ones locked up -- the ones locked up just tend to be poorer.
