Number of Months, Agreeing To Provide IN QUIET ENJOYMENT, a Dwelling
Space in Landlord's 4-Plex IN EXCHANGE FOR Monthly Rent Payments...

Hmmmm... BUT... As Is Evident, *Landlord,* WITHOUT Tenant's
Knowledge OR Consent, HAS NOT been making Mortage Payments AS IS HIS
DUTY, Both To Mortage Holder & its Interests AND Tenants, Under the
Month-To-Month Rental Agreement to PROVIDE Dwelling Space in Exchange
for Money...

Ok... UP TO This Point, Tenants have received Dwelling Space for
