Why'd you put up a 6 foot fence? Why not a 20 ft fence? Why'd you wait
for 3 yrs before consulting a lawyer? I congratulate you for first
discussing this with your neighbor but everything else that you've done
seems to be unproductive.
You should have insisted early on that he put up a tall fence or re-aim
his batting practice so that you could enjoy your yard. I agree with your
lawyer that you will need to spend a fair chunk of change in court now. And
the injunction is likely to be just another battle in this war. Does your
lawyer think you can try to get legal fee reimbursement?
