Harassment at Work

Possible violations at work:
1. Age – At 60 years of age I am called on to fill in in the
factory and expected to do the same physical labor as the rest of
the crew, aged 19-45. I was hired as a programmer in the office.
2. Disability Discrimination - Numerous times was insulted
regarding my hearing impairment by supervisor. Was told it affects
the ability to do my job which is untrue.
3. Supervisor is aware of my previous depression episode and the
conditions at work have caused me to increase medications.
4. Demoted to shop – in spite of the fact I have never had a
performance review or a job description.
Simply because a programming project which I have partially finished,
has been put on hold and I have basically programmed myself out of
work regarding current production scheduling. My production programs
already in place pretty much run themselves.
5. Annual salary increases stopped when supervisor began his
vendetta against me.
6. Supervisor personally accused me of costing him $10,000 in
annual bonus. He accused another employee of the same thing. That,
in spite of the fact that no one got bonuses this year due to poor
sales and high petroleum prices (our product is very petroleum intense
and reliant on the housing market).
7. Supervisor called me a “Judas.”
The reason for my supervisor's personal vendetta against me is
because after an episode in the shop when he got in my face and went
ballistic on me (for doing an office responsibility of mine), I told
his bosses that his behavior is inacceptable and I was leaving for the
day.
He treats all his employees this way. The truth of the matter is
that programming this new project creates new automation
responsibilities (mainly scanning barcodes) for him and his staff and
he refuses to do it. He wants to stay manual after 30 years in his
position.
Do I have a legal case here? I am about ready walk out the door.
Thanks you very much in advance.
