hi,
xmas eve 3 patrol cars at my house looking for me to
serve 2000 dollarwarrant(failure to show proof of
community service) and a restraining order.
Preliminary hearing went well. The arresting officer
lied under oath about a crucial fact, and it is on the
transcript...
I didn't need the case thrown out... I just needed this
card to play at trial.
I kept my mouth shut when the officer lied on the stand,
I figured if I can show the jury that the cop is a liar, that
is all I need. If I tell the court that the officer lied, I figure
they'll probably sweep it under the rug somehow...
Now that I know I'm going to win, it takes all the fun
out of it!
