Car insurance claim question

My car has an aftermarket front lip spoiler on the front bumper. See similar pic: http://www.bmstyling.co.uk/e46%20acs%20lip.JPG

I ran up on a parking block pretty hard, and damaged the lip and also cracked some of the bumper. The aftermarket lip cannot be removed without fully damaging the front bumper. My insurance deductible is $250 for collision and to replace the bumper on my M3 is over $1600. If I turn it in, can my agent/state farm deny the claim by saying that if the aftermarket piece wasn't on the bumper it wouldn't have caused the damage to original car? I have a typical full-coverage policy with SF.

Thanks
.
