I have heard that if you come to the USA and start a business you
don't have to pay taxes for 7 years. I have heard this all my life.

My niece was working for Dairy Queen. Her boss is Arab. She said
that her boss and one of his relatives swapped ownership while she was
working for them. She said that this extends their time to pay taxes
another 7 years.

Those damn Arabs! Not paying taxes while they slave away at their
businesses while we real Americans sit on our asses and still owe taxes.

Is there any truth to this?
