This is a stupid hypothetical.

OK, so the "no reason" threw people off... Forget the water park then.
Lets say I'm in a restaurant. Its Friday night and the place is
packed. I had a reservation since two weeks ago. I'm with my
girlfriend. We both had the shrimp platter, and a nice double-digit
vino to go with it.

Then, a very rich man shows up with his wife without a reservation.
This guy is a regular and is known for ordering the $300 bottle, along
with an expensive entrée and expensive dessert.

But theres nowhere for rich man to sit, so he can't unload any of that
green into the restaurant. So they come up to me, and have me leave so
mr moneybags can have his food. They don't give me a refund, nor do
they let me finish my food or take it with me.

Obviously (assuming no facts were left out) the restaurant did wrong
here, and I deserve compensation. Am I correct? Would any "we have the
right to remove anyone ay any time for any reason" rule clear the
restaurant of any liability?

What if there was a restaurant that did this kind of thing a lot? What
can be done, other than just spreading the word about how shitty this
place is? What if there was a business whose entire profit model is
based on this very scam?

I assume you could either have each person wronged individually file a
civil case for the amount that person was burned out of. What else is
there?
