My take on it is Ted may have felt the last round of his post poofings at the Kook Blob ran the risk of discouraging you to post there any further. But he needs you to post there! The strategy they're getting from Geragos is probably completely lacking, due to "scheduling conflicts," and for all the money they've paid Geragos, they may be panicking right about now - particularly because there's a 90% chance or more that Geragos is pretty pissed off at Ted's advertising Marc's incompetence or malpractice. So, under the guise of a combative argument and disagreement, he's trying to "milk" you for any particular legal strategies you might care to suggest.
