Toad, if the facts of the case were correct, there would be no way to
escape a lengthy jail sentence.

Iowa's sentencing laws don't permit probation for a repeat
offender. Note that I was supposed to have been convicted once before
for a similar crime.
I wouldn't have expected Ted to know about Iowa's sentencing
laws, but Ted wasn't the stalker I was after. Ted just happened to
fall for it.

There was a time I was away. Sadly for Ted, the reason was
well documented on Usenet (mostly alt.consumers.free-stuff).
For those who don't know, and the even fewer who care, I was
in and out of the hospital for nine to 10 months due to complications
with diabetes. When I was in, I couldn't post. When I was out,
reading and posting articles just didn't seem all that important.

As expected, you remain rather silent on those
facts, preferring to postulate with rhetorical questions like the huge

I'd like to know why he, and the rest of Team Cameron are
continuing to pay Marc Geragos to represent Cameron. Barring Ted's
having lied, Geragos is more then willing to violate the law and the
code of ethics by withholding exculpatory evidence. Evidence that so
conclusively proves Cameron is innocent, that Ted calls it H-Bomb
class.
I would *NEVER* continue to use such an attorney. In fact, I
would be the first one to file a complaint about it. Oh, wait. I was
the first one to file a complaint about it. To the best of my
knowledge, I'm the ONLY one to do so.
How about that. Cameron's wife (Ted's sister for anyone who
doesn't know) saw no problem with the violation. Cameron's dad saw
nothing wrong with it. Heck, Ted couldn't even be bothered to voice a
single objection to Marc Geragos withholding the evidence that PROVES
Cameron is innocent.
I'm starting to think Ted did lie about the evidence.

I really like the excuse they use for why everyone, except
Ted, posts anonymously. They fear for their lives/safety.
Odd that Ted posts with his real name most of the time, yet
has had NO problems. His breaks haven't mysteriously failed. He
hasn't taken a nasty spill down the stairs. He's still alive and well
and posting.
Kind of ruins that excuse.
The truth is that all but a few posts come from Ted and Patti.
