Seeking an attorney

Hi,

I am seeking an attorney who may want to help me take legal action my
web host. They have all my data on their server and will not allow me
to fetch it. Furthermore they have stated that my data will be deleted.
I have saved the entire html conversation on my hard drive.

I would appreciate any help,
