Does the agency rule apply also to credit card

Whether and when payment has been made pursuant to a credit card
agreement depends above all on what the agreement itself shall be the

Or does the rule apply only to acceptance
of offers in the formation of contracts?
Your "Or, etc." is a classic example of the "Fallacy of the Excluded
Middle" and, even more basically, of what lawyers and judges sometimes
refer to as "assuming a fact not in evidence":
There are lots of "agency rules" what may, or which may not, apply to
particular agreements/relationships, depending what the
terms/provisions of those agreements are and on the relevant facts of
the relationships.
