Exactly what could be cited in the law?... that could conceivably
support the court's decision.
In this case the judge is offering the guy the opportunity to avoid jail
by consenting to the terms of the more lenient sentence. Spaulding is
free to have the tattoos removed or not, just as he is free to comply
with the other conditions or not. Of course, if he doesn't, it's off to
the clink with him.
Coercionby the court. Won't fly.
Also a violation of freedom of expression.
Appeal will cancel that portion unless he opts to do it voluntarily.
