I think you should invest a little time and get a lawyer - a focused and
thoroughly aggressive one. I'm convinced that judgments mean little to
police departments - however, it may be some comfort to you if you can
prevail.

Depending on applicable law and the police version of events -- the ACLU and
media might like to get involved.

Anyone know if these events sound like civil rights violations?
