I am not into unusual sex of any kind, but I was just reading an
article in the news where a woman was arrested for having sexual
contact with her male horse. She was given a long jail sentence for
this. I really do not understand why a person can get sexually
aroused from an animal, but at the same time, I do not believe that
the law has any right to arrest her for it, particularly put her in
jail. She's not a criminal. She may need help with her mental
health, but then again, maybe she is a perfectly normal person that
just finds herself aroused by animals.
For animals, substitute "children". As Dateline NBC demonstrates,
there are plenty of predators who find themselves aroused by children.
(Others even get aroused by infants, although Dateline NBC hasn't
managed to have someone credibly pretend to be a 2-year-old in an
Internet chat room). If a child of 13 is not mature enough to
consent to sexual activity, how can a 5-year-old (adult) horse be?
After all, male horses do have
quite a large male organ, so I could see a woman getting aroused.
So do some 13-year-old teenage boys, and some retarded adult men.
For that matter, you don't have the right to order your adult,
non-retarded male employees or college students to have sex with
you either. They did abolish slavery in the USA a while ago (No,
this isn't an invitation to claim there are still slaves based on
the income tax, the military draft, or jury duty). The power
imbalance is rather lopsided in employer/employee, teacher/student,
adult/child, and owner/pet relationships.
I could understand if the horse belonged to someone else, because that
would be theft, or trespassing, or something like that. But it said
that the horse belongs to her and the act was on her own farm. I
Abusing animals, even your own animals, is and ought to be a crime,
whether it is starving them, beating them, or having sex with them.
They are living creatures and feel pain, unlike, say, an automobile
you decide to donate to a "Smash the car for charity" event. Holding
a "Beat the horse to death for charity" event using the same
sledgehammer is and ought to be illegal.
think every person has some unusual traits, an while this is possibly
more unusual than than most traits, so what? Who has the right to
stop her from this, and worse yet place her in jail. I have pets and
while they do not sexually excite me, I do get very attached to them,
and love them.
If you love your pets, you will not abuse them by forcing them to
have sex with you. They do not have the maturity to consent.
The article said that the horse was not harmed, and
the act was done on her own property, so what's the problem? She
loves her horse, and while she may show it in an unusual way, so what?
What harm was done?
What do you think about teachers having sex with their underage
students? I think it's much the same problem, except the animals
are even more helpless to resist the human.
I do think that animal abuse in any manner should be illegal, but I
can not see how a woman playing with her horses penis could be abuse
to the animal. Actually, the horse probably loved the attention. If

saying "she loved it". Do YOU want to be forced to have sex with
someone based on someone else's opinion of whether you should have
enjoyed it?
the horse was really bothered by it, she would have gotten a good kick
and the end of the story.
Do you know for sure that the horse didn't do that and the human didn't
retaliate with a cattle prod until it learned to quit kicking?
Even if a man was to have intercourse with a female horse, the horse
is not going to get pregnant, so whats the problem?
So you won't object if the man has sex with your 6-year-old daughter?
She won't get pregnant either. How about if he has sex with YOU
(assuming you're on the pill, or male, so you won't get pregnant
either), even if you're not willing, but he encourages you by
punishing you and withholding food if you refuse.
Doing such acts
with small animals like a small dog or cat could harm the animal, so
that's a different matter. But doing it with large animals, whether a
horse, cow, sheep, or whatever just does not seem like its harming
anything.
There is such a thing as psychological harm, even for animals.
Yes, it's repulsive (at least to me), but I also find
homosexuality repulsive, yet these days homosexuals are being
protected and given more rights than others (except for gay marriage).
In what way are they being given *MORE* rights? And that "except
for gay marriage" is a rather big EXCEPT. Telling male homosexuals
they can marry women just like male heterosexuals can marry women
isn't my idea of "equal rights".
Homosexual sex is not banned based on inability to consent. It
seems to be banned (in the USA or parts of it) based on "it offends
my religion" in spite of the First Amendment.
Yet, at the same time, gay sex is still illegal in many states, even
if it's not enforced. In my opinion, who has a right to determine
what is normal sex, and what is not, and then prosecute a person for
it. Having sex with a child SHOULD be illegal, based on the age and
inability to consent.
Having sex with an animal SHOULD be illegal, based on the inability
to consent. I don't think animals can get old enough to have the
maturity to consent. Whether or not sex with an animal is "normal"
is irrelevant; the issue is consent.
But sex with the same sex, or sex with animals
(as long as done without harm to the animal) should not be illegal.
America is supposed to be a free country, yet we are legally limited
to having sex with only other humans and only members of the opposite
sex, who must be over the age of 18. WHY?
Why can't we be able to make our own choices?
Children and animals don't have the maturity to make that choice.
Is that not what
freedom means? I find these laws very limiting to my freedom of
choice, and in some regards, it seems to me that allowing persons to
have sex with animals or the same sex will eliminate some of the worse
perversions, abortions and unwanted pregnancies.
You're suggesting that people force themselves on horses to "eliminate
some of the worse perversions" ???!!!???
