What is the harm if you push someone who insults you.
If you are in the U.S., insulting someone is not a crime and not a tort.
Pushing someone is a crime called assault-and-battery and is two torts, one
called assault and one called battery. ("Tort" means "civil wrong", meaning
the person who did it may be successfully sued.) Insults may be, and crimes
are, grounds for termination of the employment of the participants.

Also that person
is bigger than you. The person would be someone at your job. Another
twist is that person shows up at work when not schedualed to work and
use the work place for personal reasons. More less or loitering in the
process. For the most part abused a priviledge to agitate another
employee. If you like you can throw gossiping into that mess.
Any opinions?
