What is the harm if you push someone who insults you. Also that person
is bigger than you. The person would be someone at your job. Another
twist is that person shows up at work when not schedualed to work and
use the work place for personal reasons. More less or loitering in the
process. For the most part abused a priviledge to agitate another
employee. If you like you can throw gossiping into that mess.

Your post is not very clear so you might try again. I can tell you that
based on the facts posted, if you pushed someone because they insulted you,
and you were fired or disciplined, you are very unlikely to have any
recourse against your employer. And you might be liable for battery.
