Renting a Garage with a shared drive way, many people and few motorcycles!!!

Dear Ladies and gentlman,
I own a 2 family house in Brooklyn NY and have a shared drive way. The
driveway is approximately 10 feet wide wall to wall or less. The
neigbor used to rent the garage on the backyard to one guy who was very
quiet and well behaved. Recently starting as of May 1st 2006, she
rented the garage to three guys with three motorsycles and each of the
guys bring their grilfriend so with other words the driveway is
becoming worse than a street. I have to make a note here that I have a
door on the side to get to the first floor and basement and so does the
neighbor.The guys that she rented the garage are outsiders and does not
even live on the same block or house.I called the owner but she
pretends that she has the right to do what ever she wants to do but
having 3 guys and 3 girls with motorsycles make me and my family and my
three little girls very unconfortable. We are afraid of getting into
the back yard, my wife was crying one night when she saw three guys at
around 11:00 on the back of the shared drive way. Can someone help me
how to handle this situation. I am so aggrivated and my family is like
being harased. My house is listed as 2 family and hers is listed as 3
family. Please advice.
