Have you contacted the Bar and made a complaint?

Call (303) 893-8121 to have your written complaints against a Colorado
lawyer considered and investigated. Also call to see if an attorney has
been
disciplined in the state of Colorado.
I contacted them- including right on up to Mr. Justice Lucero, the presiding
disciplinary justice of the Supreme Court. The response was that they don't
investigate on their own, and need a court judgment against the attorney in
order to act.
