The key phrase here is, of course, "that we know of", because YOU don't
know of any. And the reason you don't is because their testimony would
NOT have been helpful to the state's case -- in fact, it would have
been DAMNING. And this should give you a clue (if indeed you are
capable deducing what it means).

Virtually EVERYTHING that you know about this case is ONLY what the
PROSECUTOR has released. And he released it because it is HIGHLY
prejudicial. He had wanted to try this case in the press, but I put a
stop to that. (And don't look for Geragos to make a big media circus
out of this case -- he DOESN'T need to. It is a STRONG case for the
defence as it is.)
