First of all, I never said that anyone regularly fails to calendar court
dates, but it does rarely happen and we both know that. Not everything that
should face a sanction does face a sanction, and we both know that as well.

I used the term "exalted ranks" to describe the attitude you seem to have,
rather than any view I have of being an attorney. I'm the same person now I
was when I worked in a factory at 20, in a hospital at 23, and in a legal
office at 35. Education changes only the salary I can command. Far too
many attorneys forget that, and for my money, it's their loss.

I'll let you know if my opinion changes after 20 years of practice, but I'll
probably be so old then I won't remember.

Peace,
Sandi
