Rich,
I was thinking this over last night.
Does the MSS Act automatically make anyone called into service an
Inductee the moment he reports to the designated place?
I don't know whether or not blood is drawn in the Registration process.
If it is, may a civilian refuse to have his body punctured?
Until a person is 'under orders' are they 'over orders'? (as in I
overrule your order?)
Beyond looking at case Law, shouldn't there be a Law that clearly
defines the entire procedure in the first place?
If there is, I haven't found it.
