Re: tenant rights?

I see. My main concern for the procedural is due to my fear of
possible problems with the permit (ex. inspectors come in while I'm
doing the work and asking about who did the other work and why an
inspection wasn't conducted or worse, to correct his work), but I
understand more clearly now. I will take an independent inspector to
the site to review the work, and go about getting my business started,
rather than constantly worrying about the landlord. Thank you all for
your comments.
