Re: is it legal to use another companie's waiver if they post it on the web?



Posting to the web does not waive rights to the document. Can you
visit cnn.com, copy an article, change a few words, and then repost it
on your own news website? No you can not. I believe publishing on the
web automatically reserves copyrights to the owners. Someone else will
probably add more to this.
