Taylor, Thank you for your reply. All defendants have to file an answer
through the US Attorney's office who will file ONE answer. They are all
government officers involved in the
same Writ of Mandamus. I am looking for a date to put on my default
judgment in case they fail to answer. Would it be 12/03 or 12/05?

I've also heard that I should wait at least one week after the
expiration of the dealine before sending the default judgment motion,
is this true?
