Can saying to your enemy at your job, "I'm gonna do a Starsky and Hutch on your ass" get you arrested?

If you were to say to a co-worker you have beef with, "I'm gonna do a
Starsky and Hutch on your ass" and you are speaking with a
demented/infuriated/menacing voice, expression and body langauge, and
so they call the cops and tell them that you said this and that it's a
threat and to come and arrest you, would the cops oblige them, or it's
not specific enough?
If the cops can come to arrest you for this incoherent babble, then
what if you change the line to, "I'm gonna do a Starsky and Hutch on
your putka [a made-up word of mine]"? Is this exact line too
nonsensical to interpret?
